This Alliant Energy® Community Solar Contract is made and entered into by and between Wisconsin Power and Light Company, a Wisconsin corporation, having a mailing address of 4902 N. Biltmore Lane, Madison, WI 53718 (“Company” or “WPL”), and the Subscriber for participation in the Alliant Energy Community Solar program as identified via the submitted enrollment form. The Subscriber will be in receipt of donation from Habitat for Humanity – Fond du Lac County of the Subscription Blocks. The term Party or Parties refers to either the Company or the Subscriber, or both, as applicable in context. The Contract consists of the submitted enrollment form, these terms and conditions and the Company’s tariffs approved by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (“Commission”), as may be amended from time to time.
