NOTICE: This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“Customer”) and the General Electric Company, by and through its GE Healthcare division (referred to herein as “GE Healthcare”). Installing, copying, entering the control code or otherwise using the software or a third party on your behalf indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not install or use the software and promptly return the software and accompanying materials to GE Healthcare or to the dealer from which it was acquired.
