KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that ZRZ Realty Company (Grantor) does hereby grant unto said City of Portland, a temporary easement for the purpose of supporting construction activities associated with the Portland Aerial Tram Project in consideration of the sum of Twenty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($20,000.00), and other good and valuable consideration provided for in Attachments 1 and 2 attached hereto, entered into with the City of Portland (Grantee), a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon.
