This Snappet Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Snappet Inc., at 228 East 45th Street, Suite 9E, New York, NY 10017, (“Snappet”) and Client, and governs Snappet’s provision of the Snappet platform (“Platform”) to Client. The Parties have agreed to this term by submitting, agreeing and signing a Sales Qote (“Sales Quote”). This Agreement describes and sets forth the legal terms governing the Platform, and Snappet’s representations regarding the collection and use of data with the Platform consistent with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) and other relevant state and federal laws governing student privacy.
