This Contract is made on the date set out above subject to the terms set out in the schedules listed below (the “Schedules”) which both the Authority and the Contractor undertake to observe in the performance of this Contract. The Schedules and Appendices form part of this Contract and shall have effect as if set out in full in the body of this Contract. Any reference to this Contract includes the Schedules and the Appendices.
