This Interlocal Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Harris County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas (“County”), acting by and through its governing body the Harris County Commissioners Court, and Seabrook (“City” or “grantee” or “subrecipient”), pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. §§ 791.001 – 791.030. Harris County and City are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
