This Master Agreement for Cash Management Services (this "Agreement") is by and between Israel Discount Bank of New York a bank organized under the laws of the State of New York (the "Bank") and the customer identified on the Cash Management Online Banking Agreement ("Customer"). Bank and Customer are sometimes collectively referred to as the” Parties”. By executing the Cash Management Online Banking Agreement (the “Online Banking Agreement”) or using the Services (as defined in Section I. A. 1.of this Agreement), Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, the Online Banking Agreement, the User Guide (as defined in Section I. H of this Agreement) and any Separate Agreements (as defined in Section I.A.3.), and any supplement or amendment to any of the same.
