(the “Company” and with its subsidiary, the “Group”) refers to page 86 of the Company’s offer document dated 24 May 2018 (“Offer Document”) on the Company’s application to the Forest Plantation Development Sdn Bhd (“FPD”), a special purpose vehicle established by Malaysian Timber Industry Board (“MTIB”), for funding of the development within the licensed area of the Sapulut Forest Reserve in Sabah.
