This GRANT AGREEMENT is entered into this 14th day of February, 2022, among the CITY OF SAN JOSE (“CITY”), a municipal corporation, the Santa Clara County Office of Education (“GRANTEE”), a political subdivision of the State of California, and the Santa Clara County Library District (“SCCLD” or “Fiscal Agent”), a public library system (collectively, the “Parties”).
