This Natural Gas Futures Market Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed by and between the Market Operator (EPİAŞ) and the License Holder legal entity (“Market Participant”) identified above applying to participate in the market, in order to satisfy the requirement under the VGP Legislation and other applicable legislation as defined under Article 14 of this Agreement. EPİAŞ and the Market Participant will hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
