It is hereby agreed that the Resident has chosen to rent a washer and dryer from the Owner for a monthly rental fee of ($ ). It is expressly understood that this washer and dryer rental is an optional service chosen by the Resident and that the Resident is not required to rent the washer and dryer. This agreement is for the same term as said Apartment Lease Agreement. This rental amount is due and payable in advance on the first day of the month until the subject Apartment Lease Agreement expires or is terminated. A late fee of ten percent (10%) shall be due on any appliance rental payment that is not paid within five (5) days of the due date. If the washer and / or dryer is not returned to Owner at the expiration of the lease, the Resident will be charged Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars per appliance.
