The Full-Service A&E Professional Services and Related Services required are associated with transportation projects that may be located anywhere in the State on either the State highway system or on transportation systems of Local Agencies. Proposers will need to be Full-Service teams to include project management and all facets of a given project from start to finish with minimal oversight and involvement from ODOT or Local Agencies.
