This is an agreement ("Agreement") for wireless radio telecommunications services and related services and/or features ("Service") between you and Red Pocket Inc., the entity licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to provide Service in the area associated with your assigned telephone, data and/or messaging number(s) ("Number"), that is doing business as Wireless For Dummies™ powered by Red Pocket Mobile, ("us" or "we" or "Wireless For Dummies"). The term "Device" means wireless receiving and transmitting equipment that we have authorized to be programmed with the Number.
