This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2022, by and between the MARIN WILDFIRE PREVENTION AUTHORITY (hereinafter "MWPA"), and SONOMA TECHNOLOGY, INC. (hereinafter "CONSULTANT"). This Professional Services Agreement and the related Software-as-a-Service Agreement and attached exhibits shall collectively be referred to as the “Agreement”.
