In connection with the enactment of the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001 (“USA PATRIOT Act”) and the regulations promulgated thereunder (collectively, the “Patriot Act”), the Fund has requested and the Transfer Agent has agreed to amend the Agreement as of the date hereof in the manner set forth below:
