To schedule working hours, to determine the number of employees to be employed, and the right to hire and select employees from any source, promote, demote, classify, layoff, recall, transfer, rehire, retire, to determine the nature and kind of business conducted by the Company, the kinds and locations of plants, equipment, product, components, parts and material to be used, parts, components, products, materials, services and equipment purchased, the control of materials and parts, the methods and techniques of work, the content of jobs, the schedules of production, and the right to introduce new and improved standards or facilities, the right to establish and change occupational production standards, to determine the extension, limitation, curtailment or cessation of operations or any part thereof, and to determine and exercise all other function and prerogatives which shall remain solely with the Company, and to manage the operations is vested exclusively in the Company.
