This Agreement contains all of the terms and conditions of Datenna B.V. applicable to the use of the Datenna B.V. products and services and the datenna.com website, including any subdomains such as, but not limited to, app.datenna.com, and through any mobile application (collectively, "Datenna"). Please read this Agreement before using Datenna. Use of Datenna constitutes an agreement with the Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a Datenna user (a "User"). If you wish to become a User and make use of Datenna B.V. products and services, including but not limited to Datenna, then please read this Agreement. By using Datenna, all Users do hereby represent, warrant, understand, agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained herein.
