Both parties to this Agreement that the purpose of New Visions Toronto is to support individuals with developmental physical disabilities to live in a state of dignity, share in all elements of living in the community and have the opportunity to participate effectively. It is the parties’ mutual desire to ensure that the best interests of the people supported by New Visions Toronto are served.
