This agreement is in support of the Space Test Program Satellite-6 (STPSat-6) partnership between the Department of the Air Force, Air Force Technical Application Center (AFTAC) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), which was successfully launched on December 7, 2021. STPSat-6 includes three payloads: 1) AFTAC Space and Atmospheric Burst Reporting System-3 (SABRS-3; 8-year threshold and 10-year mission goal); and 2) AFRL's V/W Band Exploitation Experiment (VWBEE;); and 3) NASA's Laser Communication Relay Demonstration (LCRD; 5-year threshold and 8-year mission goal).
