(“Williams Partners”), Northwest Pipeline LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Northwest”), Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Transcontinental”, collectively with Williams Partners and Northwest, the “Borrowers” and each, a “Borrower”), the undersigned Lenders party hereto, Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”), and the Issuing Banks party hereto.
