This agreement made and entered in this 1st of January , 2021 by and between the Board of County Commissioners, County of Morris, a County Government of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the County and Morris Council 6, N.J.C.S.A, hereinafter referred to as the Association, is the final and complete understanding between the County and the Association on all bargain able issues and as such will serve to promote and maintain a harmonious relationship between the County and those of its employees who are subject to this agreement in order that more efficient and progressive public service be rendered.
