Agreement: Guest is an adult and will be an occupant of the property during the entire period reserved. Property to be occupied by only 1 sheltering unit for the entire length of stay. There will be no sub-letting of this rental and will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Other occupants, subject to the rental property’s maximum number of occupants indicated on Seadrift.com, will be family members, friends, responsible adults, or children under direct adult supervision. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and, as a result, will be required to vacate the rental property without a refund. This agreement may not be assigned to a third party without the express consent of Seadrift Realty.
