FiledDecember 31st, 2020No employee who, prior to the execution of this Agreement, was receiving more favorable vacation or pay in excess of that pro vided herein for the class of work performed, shall have his pay reduced or vacations altered as a result of the operation of this Agreement. Wages paid in excess of the minimum established in the Agreement are to be paid to the individual and not to the job.
