THIS ESCROW AGREEMENT, dated as of May 23, 2019 (herein, together with any amendments or supplements hereto, called the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of Round Rock, Texas (the "Issuer") and BOKF, NA, Dallas, Texas, as escrow agent (together with any successor in such capacity, the "Escrow Agent"). The addresses of the Issuer and the Escrow Agent are shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made apart hereof.
