This Compensation Schedule to the Producer Agreement identifies the: (1) product(s) that Producer is authorized to solicit and procure applications; and (2) compensation applicable to each such product(s). The Company and Producer each agree that this Compensation Schedule is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Producer Agreement to which this Compensation Schedule is attached and shall be made a part thereof. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Compensation Schedule shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Producer Agreement. To the extent there is any conflict between the provisions of this Compensation Schedule and the provisions of the Producer Agreement, the provisions of this Compensation Schedule shall govern.
