THIS DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM (“DPA”) BETWEENThe Gilfoyle Foundation Inc. Connecticut(1) , a company incorporated in with a principal place of business at _1 Brush Hill Road, Suite 512, New Fairfield, CT 06812, who is party to the Agreement together with any Affiliates authorized to use the Offerings under the Agreement (provided an Affiliate is not subject to a separate Agreement with Splunk), collectively referred to as “Customer”; and (2) Splunk Inc., whose principal place of business is at 270 Brannan St., San Francisco, CA 94107 U.S.A., orSplunk Services UK Limited, whose principal place of business is 2 New Bailey, 6 Stanley Street, Salford, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, M3 5GS, (in either case, “Splunk”), as specified in the Agreement or Order form described in the “How and to Whom this DPA Applies” section below. (each a “Party” and together, the “Parties”),
