Woolfolk (“Employee”). “Banking Organization” shall mean First Financial, the Bank, HopFed, and/or Heritage. “Financial Institution” shall mean the Bank and/or Heritage. First Financial, the Bank, HopFed, Heritage and Employee may be collectively referenced as the “parties” or individually as a “party.”
