This Agreement for Solar Incentives (“Incentives”) is made and entered into as of the of 201_ (“Commencement Date”), by and between RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER (hereinafter “Customer”), and the CITY OF MESA, an Arizona municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona (hereinafter “City”). From time to time Customer and City shall be individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
