(“Contract”), the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, 201 South Grand Avenue East, Springfield, Illinois 62763-0001 (“Department”), acting by and through its Director, and Meridian Health Plan of Illinois, Inc. (“Contractor”), desire to amend the Contract; and

requirements of the Contract. This position shall oversee Contractor’s Program Integrity Program; the Complaint, Grievance, Special Investigations Unit; and the fair hearing process and ensure that Fraud, Waste, and Abuse is reported in accordance with the guidelines in 42 CFR §438.608 and the requirements of this Contract. This position shall report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors.
