Singing River Connect, LLC (“SR Connect”) will provide fiber optic services, including but not limited to high speed internet, and/or other related service(s) (“Service(s)”) to you and all persons who use the Service (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (the “Agreement”) and any applicable tariffs, service guides, posted policies and procedures. For purposes of this Agreement, “Affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with SR Connect.
