These Terms of Service and any applicable order form, proposal or other separate legal agreement which references these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Agreement”) cover and govern the applicable governmental entity (as set forth in the applicable order form, proposal or other separate legal agreement) (“Agency”) use and access to AirHub for Government (the “Services”) provided to Agency by Airspace Link, Inc. (“Airspace Link”). Airspace Link’s Privacy Policy, available at www.airspacelink.com, explains how Airspace Link collects and uses personal information that Agency provides to Airspace Link when Agency uses or accesses the Services.
