THIS ESCROW DEPOSIT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 25, 2022, by and between PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA (the "Issuer"), and REGIONS BANK, as Escrow Holder, and its successors and assigns (the "Escrow Holder");
