This Agreement (this “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between Fundstream Inc., a Canadian corporation (“FundScrip”, or “we” or “us”) and each individual (“you”, or “Supporter”) who enrols in the Program by completing the participation registration form on the FundScrip website located at www.fundscrip.com (the “Website”). This Agreement contains terms and conditions that govern your use of the Website and your participation in the FundScrip Program (the “Program”). You must accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement in order to become a FundScrip Supporter.
