This Professional Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Bal Harbour Village, a Florida municipality (the “Village”) and Chen Moore and Associates, Inc. (“Consultant”) with each being referred to herein as a Party or collectively as the “Parties.”
