This Natural Gas Liquids Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is made on this 29 Day of August, 2006, by and between MarkWest Western Oklahoma Gas Company, L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company, ("Seller"), and ONEOK Hydrocarbon, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, ("Buyer").
