This agreement is between the client and Pay Up. It applies to Ghanaians who are at least 18 years old only. The service uses Ghanaian issued bank cards as well as Ghanaian mobile money services. In using the service, you agree to our terms of use. Where you, the client wishes to utilise the Pay Up’s money transfer services to electronically transfer funds, and Pay Up wishes to provide money transfer services under the terms of this agreement, in consideration of the terms of use outlined, the parties agree to the following:
