In exercising the rights and powers conferred upon the Assignee/Bank under Facilities Agreement, Property Sale Agreement, Property Purchase Agreement, Deed of Assignment (First Party Assignment) (Islamic Facilities) and Power of Attorney (First Party) all dated the 23rd day of February, 2011 entered into between the Assignee/Bank and the Assignor in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between Plenitude Builders Sdn.
