By assenting electronically, or installing the Solution or using the Solution, you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any entity or individual you represent or for whose Device you acquire the Solution (collectively “you”). If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not continue the installation process, do not use the Solution and delete or destroy all copies of the Solution in your possession or control.
