THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2016 between SOUTH CITY PARTNERS, LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “South City”), and the CITY OF AVONDALE ESTATES, GEORGIA, a Georgia Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “City”). South City and the City may hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
