This Fusion Narrate License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Northland Business Systems, Inc., a Minnesota C-Corp with offices at 12150 Nicollet Ave, Burnsville, MN 55337 (“Company”) and the Party identified as the Customer (“Customer”) in the Order that incorporates this Agreement by reference or by attachment. This Agreement defines the terms and conditions applicable to Customer’s access and use of the Fusion Narrate products identified in the Order and supersedes any click-through agreements that may be presented to Customer or Authorized Users accessing or using the Licensed Products. This Agreement grants Customer non-exclusive rights to use certain hosted services and related software but does not constitute a sale or transfer of any software code. When both parties execute the Order (the “Effective Date”), this Agreement becomes a binding and enforceable contract between Northland Business Systems and Customer.
