Agreement Agreement between the Supplier and the Customer for purchase and delivery of Service or Support Services that is governed by these Terms. Affiliate Any legal entity directly or indirectly owned or controlled by a Party for so long as such ownership or control lasts. Concurrent License Concurrent license allowing one license to be used by different Users taking turns, each with their own user account. Each Concurrent License allows up to five (5) user accounts to be connected, and one of them can use the license a time. The number of Concurrent Licenses sets the maximum number of Users who can use the Service at the same time. Limitation of five user accounts is not applied to licenses purchased by 31 Dec 2023. Customer An organisation, entity or person which purchases rights to the Service from the Supplier.
