This Student Enrichment and Credit Recovery Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed as of this April day of 12, 2022, by and between Conejo Valley Unified School District ("District"), a public school district, and Antelope Valley Learning Academy, Inc. (“Non Profit”), a California nonprofit public benefit corporation which operates Antelope Valley Learning Academy (“Charter School”). The District and Charter School are individually a “Party” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
