This Agreement between the City of San Luis Obispo and San Luis Garbage Company for Collection and Processing of Recyclable Materials (“Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the day of June 2022 the “Effective Date”) in the State of California by and between the City of San Luis Obispo, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereafter “City”) and San Luis Garbage Company, a California corporation (hereafter “Franchisee”), each of which may be referred to individually as a “Party” or together as the “Parties.”
