AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [ ], 2018 by and among 304 NAGB Master Tenant LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Master Tenant” or “Lessee”), 304 North Adams Green Bay LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner” or “Lessor”), The City of Green Bay (together with any permitted successors or assigns, “Lender”), and NTCIC Community Fund II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Investor”).
