THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 16, 2017, between the City of Avondale, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”), and Commercial Custodial Services, L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company (the “Contractor”).
