Uphill hereby designates Summitview Capital Pujiang Fund to deposit such amount equal to the Escrow Moneys under the Merger Agreement, and Summitview Capital Pujiang Fund hereby designates Party A as the party that opens an account for and pays such portion of the Reverse Termination Fee;
