This Generating System Interconnection Agreement is entered into by and between the Area Electrical Power System Operator (Area EPS Operator) “Steele-Waseca Cooperative Electric” and the Interconnection Customer “ ”. The Interconnection Customer and Area EPS are sometimes also referred to in this Agreement jointly as “Parties” or individually as “Party”.
