(the “Purchaser”) and the City of Reynoldsburg, Ohio (the “Issuer”), enter into this Forward Delivery Bond Purchase Agreement dated October , 2015 (this “Agreement”), for the purchase by the Purchaser from the Issuer of certain bonds proposed to be issued by the Issuer, as described below. The Purchaser is not acting as fiduciary for the Issuer, but rather is acting solely in its capacity as Purchaser for its own account.
