THE NATUREWOOD® CA RESIDENTIAL & AGRICULTURAL LIMITED WARRANTY (“LIMITED WARRANTY”)August 19th, 2016
This Limited Warranty is for wood product pressure treated with NatureWood® CA brand alkaline copper azole compounds sold or labeled as NatureWood® CA brand wood product or as covered by this Limited Warranty (“NatureWood CA Wood Product”). Koppers Performance Chemicals Inc. (“KPC”) will provide original consumer purchasers or “first-owners” of NatureWood CA Wood Product that “structurally fails” either, in KPC’s sole discretion, replacement NatureWood CA Wood Product (NatureWood CA Wood Product only) for the NatureWood CA Wood Product that “structurally fails” or a refund of the monetary equivalent of the NatureWood CA Wood Product that “structurally fails” up to the original purchase price.
