These SynApps G-Cloud services terms and Conditions (“SynApps Terms” or “Supplier Terms”) from part of an agreement for the provision of services by SynApps Solutions Limited (“SynApps”) under a call-off agreement (“Call-Off Agreement”) as defined in the UK Government Procurement Services G-Cloud Services Framework Agreement between SynApps and the Government Procurement Service (“Framework Agreement”). They apply between each party (“the Customer”) entering into a Call-Off Agreement.
